    What I really wanted was the bagel sammich with eggs/bacon/provolone/chipolte mayo but...too heavy for me to eat all of on a tuesday morning so I compromised and ordered a side of bacon :emoji_laughing:

    ohhhh my gosh I haven't had a homemade bagel in eons, I'm jealous.

    If you have a Trader Joe's near you they sell everything bagel seasoning. I put it on everything. Eggs, burgers, veggies, stir fry, toast. I even put it on everything bagels so I have extra everything. It's sooo good.

    Many years ago I worked at a sandwich shop. There was a bagel store nearby. I used to go get a bagel, bring it to the store and make a sandwich. Well, one of the employees had never seen a bagel and asked why I made a sandwich out of a donut. :D
