Good for me too, because this is seriously an interesting AF question. I kinda assumed if places were calling it cool for dudes to marry dudes and vice-versa and other combinations that dudes marrying multiple dudes would also be lumped in with that.

"Dudes" was simply selected as the default of the post template for my brain's simplicity sake, I don't care about any combination whatsoever tbh & my only interest here is in the possible amusement of tax laws regarding the end result.

 

Bank appraisal of the house today. I just really want to move on to the next steps. We still need to have a professional cleaning of the place (the renters did not treat anything very nicely) before we could move in. We'll be getting early occupancy, I just don't know when. I'm getting more and more annoyed with my roommates by the day because my brain is already in "no roommate" mode. So I think to get my mind off of everything, I'm going to take my ass outside into the beautiful 80 degree spring Seattle sunshine with a beer and get some pots all done up and seeds started. We realized after looking at the property lines that we have A LOT more land than we thought and I want to be able to get SOMETHING in the ground this year, even if just to observe the sun and shade patterns for next year.
