I'm super late to the party, but caught this message since you for sure dont want to turk on a VPN. Do you have unlimited data on your wireless provider? You could possibly look into using your phone as a hotspot which would keep your IP address normal. I would want to know why the fuck your landlord of all people, needs a VPN. Do you go through your landlords ISP? Is that written in the lease that you must use your LL's ISP? Do you pay your LL for internet? Seems fishy if you ask me since I've never been requested to use my LL's internet and I would never want the liability of having my tenants on any ISP's of my own.
