You're so sweet! The oldest child who calls me on Mother's Day is 27 so...lol. Not too young to have a 15 year old (almost 16, next week). He's the baby of the bunch. (I'm nearly 52, I freely admit my age, I'm glad I'm getting older and not dead!)

It's just the two of us here and always has been so yeah, we have a pretty good relationship. He's a huge introvert and I was a huge extrovert but he's converted me to more introverted ways, and he's learned from me and can fake extroversion really well when he has to, so we are a good balance for each other!

I will say he freaking stinks, though. Never realized how much until these last couple of months of being stuck in the same small house all the darn time. Male teen hormones do not self-isolate!!!

I just wanted to see what 20 volumes looks like! I have an OED, but not 20 volumes worth. One of those "I'm poor and don't have a fantastic husband who would buy me a set" versions, lol.

 

Ha-Ha! Separate from the 'teen' thing, I've just recently come to realize that my feet stink!
At least without daily maintenance! And then I had a 'flashback' of how my Dad always had 'Desenex' (I think) foot
powder in the night stand next to his bed while I was growing up. Never thought about it much at the time, but now I'm
thinking I have him to thank for my 'problem'!

OMG I had $50 in Costco giftcard disappear for over a year. I remember putting it "in a safe place" and I swore it was in my purse and nowhere...it was nowhere.

A year later I found it in the pocket where I keep business cards. Because, sure, gift cards...business cards...same thing, right?

Just recently found it at the beginning of this year and now I'm too scared to go spend it, lol.
