    I think I pulled a Kirk and emailed them to get it, but it wasn't worth the time. I haven't done them in 2 years and they still email me when they get backlogged.

    Try emailing them and ask to take the test. They frequently get backlogged and since they won't raise the pay the least they could do to help themselves is qualify some new workers.

    Yeah. They gave me a test to take and I was super nervous when I did it cuz I thought the hits were money but when I finally started doing them I could barely break $8/hr.

    I guess that $8/hour was worth quite a bit more around 2014 and before then. people used to really want that qual and couldn't get it.

    edit: now that I think about it, I made about $9.00/hr working as a CNA in a hospital in 2014. so yeah the $8/hr was definitely worth a lot more, if they were paying the same.

    Yikes, I literally made $10 an hour in 2013 as a receptionist. There's no way 8 an hour was exceptional, even in 2014.
