I'm still suspended this morning. last time this happened to me and a lot of other people, it seemed like it took a month of emailing and waiting and trying to figure out what was going on to fix it. an earlier time the same year also suspended me and a bunch of other people. I just want it to freaking work and I don't want to have to email them about these problems anymore. I had this happen once in the last year on prolific too and there were a bunch of other people at the same time. I have account suspension fatigue.

 

yeah they were really really helpful. the turtle person was so helpful too, and there was a whole different group who helped a lot too. I guess I will have to see if I can do anything about mine this weekend. I have too much going on today and tomorrow.

 

I'm still here - haven't been suspended (yet!) *crosses fingers*

It's likely a glitch since a similar thing happened last year

The first step for assistance with account issues is to contact MTurk directly at the Mechanical Turk Customer Support Contact page or mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com with the email address registered to your account.

If you still haven't heard from them after a week of doing so, please let us know (with the date you contacted them and your Case ID number), and we will reach out to our Amazon contact about your case.

Amazon requires this step before they'll re-investigate an account for us.
