    these are like 3 dollars an hour. Plenty of non masters stuff at that rate. IDK who did it for 22 an hour, but you have to create several art scenes using different pics you have to drag onto a canvas. If someone did it at 22 an hour, its at a quality that the requester isn't expecting.
