Eh, I'm not a huge fan of fondant, tbh. You CAN eat it, but nobody really wants a giant mouthful of fondant. But, for a unicorn horn and some ears, better homemade fondant than something else! The rest of the cake will be cream cheese buttercream, nom nom.
