    That's good. I never know with my RA. If say my knees are hurting, sometimes it helps to get up and move and stretch, and sometimes it makes it worse and I should stay in bed. Glad it's helping today.

    I've had some soreness when a front comes through, pressure change I guess. But It's been weeks since I've had to wear a brace or use a cane. Cheers for mostly good health.
