Yeah I guess if you're going to make all that money back as a designer or video editor or something, and your client needs a high quality media product, it makes sense.

 

I'm fine w/ the overall price tag.

I still don't understand how the stand alone accounts for $1,000.

 

One of those three cars I mentioned earlier was $900, so my original argument stands there.

 

So..... if my monitor (Dell/Pavilion) is sitting on a cardboard box and husbands second monitor is on a pile of... (not sure)... but looks like kitchen cabinet parts... are we doing this wrong?

or.... should I be charging money to @AlexZ for this "cutting edge" cardboard?
