    by saying "your shipping address" they mean the address you write in there must be in EU, so you could just give some address in EU. I did not do that it either.

    Yeah I see that now in the steps. I was looking at description and instructions. Seems to be like do a fake order checkout thing to test the site or w/e IDK might not bother with it since YTA made it ok to toss $4
