    I was just getting dry throat. someone else was losing their voice I think. my throat has taken enough abuse to survive some jams. ;) no homo

    Well I have tinnitus anyway from shooting without earplugs while hunting so I guess that since I know I can do it. Audiokites though are a different story.

    I used to think how badass I was as a kid because I didn't need to use earpro when shooting or on the airboat. Now I have tinnitus. Although oddly I have the best hearing out of anyone I know. all two of them

    I didn't have it too bad then years ago I let my buddy use my shoulder as a rest while antelope hunting since the grass was super tall(I suggest never doing this take shooting sticks or something else). He was ready to shoot before I got my hand over my ear. That 300 Win Mag left me ringing for days and continues to do so ever since. I'm glad to say I'm smarter now and keep earpro in my pack while guiding people now. I still don't though when I'm hunting solo or I plan on taking game.
