    Requester Feedback: All questionnaires involves reverse-scored items. Your answers were not consistent throughout the survey. You provided same answers to the questions which asked completely different things.    ​

    Immediate rejection. Not only was the pay crap, the requester likes to reverse the order of agree/disagree throughout the same page in order to trick you. I saw one or two, but must have missed at least one. I'm blocking this one.
