    Hahaha omg that poor baby! Jager (the big ol' howling shep in question) isn't quite thaaaat bad, he's not afraid of anything but he is a total mama's boy and needs to be by me every second of every day. When I first got him, I was living with a long time friend who I THOUGHT was a decent human being, but turns out every time I would leave the house (even for less than 5 minutes) he would lock my (at the time) puppy in my room which was frustrating (it was MY house and he was living there for less than $100 a month) but not the end of the world. Then I found out he KICKED my PUPPY, so puppy had to stay with grandma any time I wasn't home while I evicted him. Once he was evicted, grandma enjoyed having puppy around so much that he went there every day while I worked. So now I have a big 120 pound ball of anxiety who doesn't know how to be by himself.

    Tried wearing him out before work with a walk and ball time, leaving him with a Kong, nothing's worked so far. It's ONLY when he's alone - he's never happy when I leave, but as long as there's someone else with him he calms down within a couple minutes - so I'm not ready to resort to meds yet :dunno:. I just sent grandma over to the house instead :dance2:
