    I do wonder if this could be the first sign and trade, like what happens in the NBA all the time. Maybe a trade between the Isles and whatever team he picked is what's holding stuff up?

    You would think if he's staying with the Islanders, it would have happened by now, and he is 100 minutes away from losing his 8th year on a deal.

    I am starting to get texts from friends who are acting like I'm some sort of Insider that can give them secret info
