Well, there's the obvious concern of message interception; a long enough interval between VoLTE calls mitigates the risk of previous call decryption. The other concern is voice cloning, so denying the adversary a corpus of recordings can reduce the quality of the cloned attack.

The discussion is between whether it's appropriate to use the sorts of restrictions indicated, or if the only solution is to make one time pads of sign/countersign phrase pairs to start conversations with to ensure you're actually speaking with a human. This is okay, if cumbersome, but it doesn't really address the problem of external communication; you're not going to get every vendor you need to do business with to conform, and even if you could, distributing and managing pads would become a nightmare even at a very small scale.

Thanks for the explanation. Voice cloning and deepfake videos concern me at a macro level, but my behavior hasn't properly caught up to these concerns. I realize any mistakes I make now can potentially be forever used against me. I appreciate being able to discuss such matters and I ought to really tighten up my practices.
