    yeah, I was skeptical at first, but tried it due to the claimed health benefits. after the first initial week and my body working out wtf was going on, I actually have more energy, more mental clarity, sleep better, better mood, can workout without pre-workout/BCAA's, my knees and back hurt WAY less and I wake up with less pain every day. I feel amazing and I love it.

    I do the IF 16:8 with low-carb. I only eat between 12PM-8PM. I did this years ago and lost a TON of weight....and then life happened and now I have to do it again....LOL! I can't do the straight Keto....I need a little variety and some veggies.

    I did a bunch of research before jumping in and most people do it this way combined for maximum benefits for ketosis, autophagy and body recomp.

    if you can power through it for like a week, your body adapts and you don't get hungry when fasting.

    nice! welcome back! hey, you do you. everybody is different with what works for them. that's why there's such variety.
