So, I'm thinking about getting this this weekend if it's still available. Dude I was gonna buy a truck from last weekend sold it because he got an offer from someone who didn't have to wait a day to pull the whole amount out in cash. Jackass.I first learned how to drive a stick in an 89, and it'll still leave me enough to get a $500 roller truck to fix up and build right. Thoughts?

When I moved over here all I had ever driven was a stick shift. I had no idea how to drive an automatic at all.

They're not exactly *hard* to find here, but they're getting rarer. I had an 06 Cobalt 5-spd and I took that ol girl places I wouldn't have taken an automatic 4wd truck.

My first four cars were all sticks and I still love them but if I had a choice my daily driver would be an automatic and have a stick just for fun

I prefer a stick for winter driving in snow and ice. Infinitely more control when you need to cut power to the wheels without braking, or just need 5% oomph to get going without sliding your ass end into the car next to you

Didn't think so, just having some hope for you. Having a spike here and they passed a mask ordinance and I thought that no way no how people actually followed it let alone anyone enforced it but every single place I have been in every single person has had a mask on. feels good honestly

Pics are screenshots of a July 4 video I found.

Just complete dumbassery. It's literally like this daily at this sandbar

They originally made it so you were only allowed 2 people in a boat. People threw fits and it wasn't enforced. Then changed to 10 people allowed but not allowed to anchor near others. None of the shit is enforced. Boaters tend to be pretentious cunts.

The police and the agency that controls the waterway literally put out memos stating they won't be enforcing any social distancing on the water. Pretty dumb of them to publicly state this. If you're not going to enforce social distancing - Don't fucking tell everyone.

Walking into menard's today me, my wife, and our 3 YEAR OLD all wearing mask no problem because its literally so not a big deal that a three year old wears it without complaint, and there is this asshat chomping gum, clapping his hands as he proudly walks to the entrance without a mask on and they stopped him just inside the door and told him if he wanted to come in he had to wait in line at customer service/return which was like a 10 people long line. Loved watching him pace back and forth waiting in line, like stayed just to watch him. Dude, there is a county ordinance that requires mask ad there are literally MULTIPLE GIANT signs inside and outside of the store telling you they are required and you STILL felt like you were special and it didn't apply to you???

awful, long, and writing prompt at the end. Yet another dishonest requester lying about time to completion too. This takes at least 10 mins, but my time is pretty accurate - evaluating service robots in at least four different contexts and then TWO writing prompts at the end (each requiring "a minute" of writing - your thoughts on service robots and thoughts on COVID-19. AVOID!!!!
