Not hard other than how tedious the whole thing is.

Cons:
Req has approval rating in the low 70s, which makes me pretty nervous about committing this much time/work. Have to manually type your worker ID twice. Have to manually type long completion codes twice. The 2nd "game" is extremely tedious.
