Pros:
Fast, easy, honest/accurate - time estimation, title/description, etc. - and instant approval. I even found it to be an enjoyable process. I hung out a minute before moving on to a certain stage of the HIT, forgetting to pause my timer at first, but my time noted here should be a fairly accurate representation for someone taking their lovely 'ol time.
