    I took nutrition as an elective in school and the professor was awesome. She regularly dissed diets and how people normally consider gaining or losing weight as well as what foods are "good" for you and not. She broke it down into basic physics and chemistry of how much you eat of what and what choices you make for what you eat.

    There is nothing wrong with some metled brie over smoked turkey sandwich and garlic fries.
