    Nah. It's legit, through Betatesting.com, and you have to have S-mode enabled on a Win 10 laptop or Surface. Except without reinstalling, you can't roll back after going to S-mode. I got the email last week bc I'm signed up with them already, but I'll pass on having to reinstall and deal with all that noise.
