    not sure cause she is right that she already had aid approved for this semester.

    last semester (spring 2019) we had issues because she had applied for the wrong semester and had aid approved for fall2019 but non for spring and had to quick apply for spring at the last minute so she had already been approved for the fall. I don't know they are giving her vague answers about that and telling her the glitch is that the emails should never have been sent
