    We won't be able to release the second round for a few days or a week. We updated our system and our engineers need to re-write the code for the qualifications now, so, unfortunately it is delayed but we appreciate your patience.

    As for the coordinates and parcels, we absolutely do not accept coordinates without decimals and those submissions are rejected, so, while they may submit them, we still reject them. Parcel numbers are also required; in fact, it is impossible to submit without a parcel number. We have a high bar for accuracy and cannot afford incorrect or insufficient data.
