    Don't want to get too much into it (I could write a book), but I had ADD, or ADHD, as a child/teenager, along with a bipolar diagnosis. It seems those have never really gone away and I have added anxiety to the mix, so I live in a constant state of chaos pretty much. I have picked up bullet journaling about 4-5 months ago and find it really helpful for reminding myself when to pay bills or make appointments for me or kiddo and then it doubles as a journal so I can spew my thoughts and feelings down whenever needed. However, if you look up bullet journaling to try, I suggest looking up minimalistic bullet journals, because a lot of people on instagram go nuts with theirs. It's customizable to you, you can do whatever you want with it.

    As for #2, I really struggle with this. My mind is usually set to "make the most money all the time" so when I am not working dayjob, I am turking my brains out. I am trying though. I let myself "sleep in" this past weekend and my boss just yelled at me to use some of my 40 hours of accrued PTO so I am going to take a couple "me" days soon (well, hopefully).
