I will add a data point to this one. There's been at least one instance, at least for me, where I've had to fight to get the bonus from them after giving a good effort. Several others were affected. They were expecting a much different level of accuracy from their dataset than everyone provided. I believe it was an isolated incident, though, and I agree this is usually a very good requester.
