I've seen a few people post this past week that their accounts were suspended. I think @Spicy Lettuce was one of them but that they got it working again. Good luck!

Maybe they want new people? But to just suspend! And the other thing is I had many hits pending and money earned in my account that is now gone! This sounds like some fly by night shady operation and not what is supposed to be a legitimate company behind it. I would never think Amazon could behave this way.

Are all these account suspensions people in the U.S.?

 

Yep, my account was suspended last Sunday. I immediately faxed them a copy of my ID and my account was reinstated Wednesday morning.

Oh, I just saw the original post. My suspension was different because mturk claimed they couldn't verify my identity.

 

Is there any possibility that this is linked to Cloud Research starting their invitational forum a while back? I seem to recall at the time that some said signing up for it could be seen as a violation of MTurk policies.

 

I took in a new feral, the others are still experiencing confusion and jealousy, but he's acclimating nicely so far...we're still working on the finer parts of domestic cat-ting, but he's got the broad strokes down.


Only mildly concerned the kitten is actually a raccoon.
