    They had some of those for the 1.80's this week were it had individual text boxes per question, I submitted six of those and they were accepted.

    One of them I got had required writing for every box after the bubble rating.

    I still write a sentence or two for the optional one at the end.

    The C-SATS 1.26 has boxes after each numerical rating and it says in ghostwriting to comment about what happened at what time, etc
