If you are looking to lower your carb intake but still want "noodles" you can try tofu shirataki noodles. There's also normal shirataki noodles, but I'm not sure how they taste.

 

I've had the tofu noodles and really like them, but then again, I like tofu.

 

I really like tofu too . To be honest, I usually just chop up some tofu and throw it in my meals instead of dealing with the noodles
