    I'm assuming you are using mturksuite?
    Hit the little MTS upload_2023-8-21_20-1-35.png on your tool bar in the right corner. Go to the bottom of the bar that opens on the side and open tracker upload_2023-8-21_20-1-59.png
    That opens in a new tab and hit sync in the top right corner
