Masters is so meaningless and random. Just a lazy way for MTurk to charge requesters more. All my homies hate Masters. Can't believe we even let people with Masters sit with us here. Yuck.

 

I sent them an email directly, but haven't heard anything back.

 

I was thinking since mturk is shutting down, maybe we should convert this forum into a place where we posts about online work ( similar to mturk) across different platforms? think that would help a lot of people find extra income etc

 

Consider yourself lucky! IDK if it's the same person running it but the one before was abusive to say the least.

i'm down to making like maybe 50 bucks on here most months nowadays but it's gonna be sad seeing the occasional days where I make like a quick couple hundred go even if they so rarely happen anymore

I'm really going to miss mturk but life goes on

 

for sure, I still average 600$ a month but it did go down this year. In total, around 4k for 2026. Pre 2025 between 10-20 per year. I can say that now now that the platform is closing. I am trying to make as much as I can until I stop altogether
