    OOWWWWWIIIIEEEEEEEEE ... not having the best night here ... I just fell and it took me almost 30 minutes to get back up .... :emoji_cry: I am always so careful getting out of my hospital bed and into my wheelchair and I don't even know how it happened. I've made that transfer umpteen times a day for the past decade ... Geeesh .... My knee is KILLING ME .... :emoji_head_bandage:

    just looked in a mirror and my lower belly is bruised something fierce ... hurts real bad too... I'm thinking work may be a bit out of the picture today. Going to have to call in my visiting RN ... sigh ...

    As awful as it sounds, might be better than breaking your hip, at this point. On the other hand, I hear ya. Life is so hard sometimes.

    I hope it's nothing serious, but definitely don't try to work. Keep us updated and messaging to us at least until the visiting nurse gets there.

    That will probably be more than 12 hours from now. it is 2:20 am and the nurse normally comes in the afternoon. My regular caregiver is taking her re-certification exam today so I haven't sent her a message. I need her to concentrate on her test. I've got a substitute caregiver today who just started yesterday as a sub. I'm thinking I am going back to bed. It hurts to sit up at this point. .... sigh .... Need a REALLY great batch for an excuse to stay up! LOL
