    I wouldn't put blue cheese in my mouth unless you paid me, but brie on a cracker is okay. Maybe that means I should have said sometimes. I'm not saying all hard cheese is wonderful though. Parmesan is okay in small amounts, like for a crusty topping on mac and cheese, or in alfredo sauce, but it still smells like vomit.
