    CK was one of the few paradox games I could never get in to. How's it stack up to CK2? Always been more of an EU and HOI fan.

    I never played the original CK, CKII was my entry point to Paradox games. It's a lot easier than the others, Vicky 2 was the only other series of theirs I put any amount of time into, though. It's basically an improvement on CKII in most ways, but it still functionally plays the same. Just with a better UI and graphics.
