Do you get free lounge access when you reach Preferred? So you can wait for new studies in a comfy place, maybe even get a complimentary snack or something. Or is that reserved for Connect Sapphire Preferred customers?

Unfortunately no, it seems like the best studies are reserved for the Diamond Preferred customers. I still have to deal with have the basic cabin nonsense of bad food and a useless support concerning rejections.

Also, speaking of which, getting a rejection can apparently tank your score by 100-300 points even if you already had 2000 accepted prior to that, AND getting timed out and have to return projects count against you.

 

Yea cause its not a quality score its a credit score. They're measuring the likelihood you fuck up their relationship with a researcher is all.

"Who can I most trust to earn me a 40% commission as painlessly as possible" is the only thing that gauge is measuring.

Would not surprise me that if a requester complains about a survey someone at CR goes to touch a button and dink everyone who ever worked on it regardless on if their work was rejected (let alone quality) or not lol.

Still, rejections have always been the stupidest reputation metric any of these places have ever tried to filter on.

 

It's extra funny to me because they talk a big game about how "You can just work your way back up to good graces!" "If you have unfair rejections just come talk to us and we'll fix it!" "This is a system that works for everyone is completely fair!" Like, bro, the in real life Credit Scores are infamously and notoriously difficult to improve and to understand. The credit card companies hold that [redacted] against you if someone takes out fraud in YOUR NAME.

Literally the only difference between the credit companies and this "quality score" is that at least the credit card companies will help resolve the fraud as long as it benefits them. The official policy of rejections for Connect is, and I might as well be quoting here, "Eat our ass." They couldn't even care about reversing them in the slightest!
