Look into lab grown diamonds, look like the real thing but much much cheaper and you can't even tell the difference by looking

Sounds like my experience. No one could decide whether the eye was salvagable until after a 3 am CT, couldn't agree on where they were gonna take filler material from (arm, leg, both?), couldn't agree whether it could be prepped for a prosthetic eventually, etc. etc. etc. Just one big clusterfrick of crossed wires, playing phone tag with each other, bad communication until they all finally sat down together and actually planned the thing.

a massively invasive thyroid. its causing a severe occlusion for my trachea/esophagus. its like managed to spread about 3" above where it should be and down as far as a few fingers past my first rib where the top of your sternum/clavicle is. im like the pet project there cause none of the doctors/surgeons in the office have ever seen a thyroid like this spread out and be this invasive as to pretty much cut off most of the air im breathing
