Same here, it's absolutely mind boggling that some people can be so inherently broken, it's horrifying. And so interesting.

Too interesting. I spend an unhealthy amount of time reading/watching stuff about this. I can't even use writing a book as an excuse anymore....this is just my life now.

I actually love all that shite. Mindhunter was amazing. Manhunt:Unabomber was an excellent watch.I miss Hannibal, The Killing, there is something wrong with me.

 

That's absolutely insane and heartbreaking. It's so intriguing to me. I accidentally got my hands on a book about Jack the Ripper when I was too young, then I was hooked on true crime from then on. I hate/love it at the same time.

Same here. I try my damndest not to talk about it because people think it's a little insane? But It's fascinating. And horrible. And fascinating.

Also, I've got your book on my table and it's nearing the top of my to-do list this weekend. I've been eyeing it all day, but I'm like, NO, work first, read later.

Awesome. Hoping you like it. Like I said, start with the Taylor story, since it is all short stories. That one messed my head up for days. I interviewed the victim's parents and got physically ill after.

The casting in that show is so. spot. on. And the production is amazing. And Fincher. It couldn't be more perfect.

And the guy they got for Manson in season 2 is the same guy Tarantino cast in his Manson movie, so that'll be a crazy crossover. And I'm so excited.

 

I've got 2 out on murders, one on general area history. I'm out of Volume 1 of the murders, I maaay have a few copies of 2 left, that's the one I sent Jessers. I think I'm going to reorder both for Halloween, the town is doing a murder walk in downtown based on the books.
