    Amazon doesn't like your state?

    You know what makes it even worse is that it is exclude quals so that a random mofo in India or Canada can do them but not the few states that Amazon seems to hate for some reason.

    I got one, but was confused where it came from. I miss the old JLo being consistent. How can one get sleep not knowing if he'll drop at 4am? 5:52am?

    The reason used to be a tax one. The excluded states didn't pay sales tax for amazon purchases and Amazon didn't want any loophole to allow states to begin collecting tax. That's now redundant as every state pays tax now so it's a matter of laziness, much like the amazon requester accounts still floating around that make use of cat master qual.
