Here in NC, you can only buy liquor from the ABC stores, and they're closed on Sundays. Beer/wine you can get from the grocery stores any day/time though. It's just a silly archaic law, just means that anybody who wants liquor gets it on Saturday nights. There's even one 100% dry county but it's a very rural area.

It looked to me like they didn't know how to properly format Google Forms to give people who were screened out on the first question the end page, and left the error page tacked to the end of the main survey. I put that in my return note, haha.

I personally had a bumpy road and no idea about getting it twice but I know for sure the best way is to email the mturk-account-appeals at amazon dot com address and wait for a reply. You can try sending multiple emails but it's either hit or miss. Some people get quick responses, yours is a bit different than what I've seen too, it's a weird system and so

I had this happen a few months ago. I called, messaged, and emailed them. The best advice I can give is to call amazon support and let them know what's happening they will then transfer you and that person will then not be able to give you much info but will open an investigation. At that point DM them on Twitter and let them know what has happened. That person will then start investigating as well. You can also reach out to turkopticon.net they have people that can help as well. My account got reinstated the next day. If it turns out you were spamming or other people were using your account they will be able to see and will not reinstate your account.
