Sorry didnt see this til now. Tbh....1000% better. Im not gasping for breath at all (a few hear have heard me talk and the struggle to breathe). They sent me home not even 24hrs after surgery cause i was so far above the discharge curve that they had to reason to keep me (I've literally taken 6x tylenol since the lobe thyroidectomy and 2x were pretty much forced from the nurse and 2x of 2 were to make sure i slept, hence being so far off the release curve). My pain after was maybe a 3 at max and a 4 at the drain site. I'm at like a...1.5ish now, just sore neck muscles. Total game changer to feel like totally amped up with energy and being able to breathe. Only down side right now is that i seriously cant stop eaying and drinking lol.
