UGH I'm hoping this isn't the case at his age...

 

I'm p sure I told you in DMs about the time that our frat kicked out a football player and then he came back like a half hour later with the ENTIRE FKN TEAM and I'm honestly surprised no one legit died it was that bad.

We may have been D2 but holy forking shirt I never ever ever ever ever recommend doing that.

 

I've been rewatching TLOTR extended edition trilogy, despite being 20 years old these movies still hold up so well. They really are a masterpiece of a trilogy

 

I didn't need this sort of reminder in my life, thanks.

08/10 - Sweet Saturday!

You deserve this for being a Cleveland fan and having hubris.

 

It's nice watching something where the cgi doesn't look like complete garbage all the time. Oh, that reminds me I still have to finish watching the marvel movies.

Oh since we're on the subject of kicking butt...my brother is kicking butt in the gym again! He had surgery a couple years ago on his left arm and shoulder. His bicep completely tore away from the bone. Then he tore his rotator cuff. He lost SO MUCH WEIGHT. But, he's been working hard and finally getting back to where he was. I'm so stinking proud of him!!

 

He is like little baby.

Did you see Martin Scorsese throw shade at Marvel saying that Marvel movies "aren't real cinema" lol! I can see where he is coming from but he definitely seems a bit salty lol

 

He isn't wrong. They're made primarily to fill as many movie seats as possible, not for the sake of art itself or something pretentious like that.

 

Haha classic, I remember the way they made the orcs was so scary

 

Which is opposed to every other movie that isn't made to sell tickets?

 

I'm not gonna say I have good advice for ya, because I sure as shoot don't. But just a few months ago a girl in 5th grade died out here from a classroom fight that by all accounts wasn't much more than a shoving match. Anytime you opt in to a physical altercation you're trusting some level of your fate to gravity & bad luck.

 

I think I heard about that! I know it's a terrible situation. I hate that I have to even have to address it. I just have no better recourse since he already told the teacher and she did nothing. I just don't know what else to do.

 

If Newton hadn't invented gravity none of this would have been a problem.
