    Thanks for the reply, it's such a crazy proposition that I'd be tempted to take them up on it. From what you say it seems that they will sometimes approve five or ten dollar HITs but chances of getting the 200 hundred is zero. Some kind of scam but it's not like they're collecting a bunch of valuable data.

    People have speculated about what they are. Personally I think the most convincing speculation is that they're laundering money. Stolen credit cards, drug money, whatever goes in one end, taxable income comes out the other.
