I got unblocked fairly quickly and then blocked him because the work sucks anyways. You might not have the same luck as I was blocked before the rejection threats got added to the hits.

But yeah I didn't get a real reason but it is worth emailing asking to be unblocked. I just suggest blocking him after you confirm that you are unblocked.
