I'm still flipping out, I just stood next to trees I realized were 2000 years old and imagined all those trees have been around for compared to my 27 year old ass and it broke my mind. I can't wait to see Kings Canyon in the spring, I think it might break my mind. I hope you have the same level of mind breaking! It's honestly humbling to see something so much larger and older than yourself. Which, I feel like sounds obnoxious, but it really amazed the hell out of me. I'm still sad you can't bring dogs on most of the trails, because I bet it would be a dream for Skeeter to pee on one of those bad boys.
