I really liked these HITs. They were really easy to do and the instructions were pretty clear. He was quick to pay and the pay was fair to good.[/div]

They are so incompetent it borders on malice.

 

I'm blown away by it. 4 straight things shipped through them and not a single attempt to deliver once. Straight to "Held in warehouse" each time. This one as soon as I saw the email from Home Depot saying they shipped via OnTrac I called OnTrac last night to get ahead of the bullshit and the lady was to make sure the driver had instructions to call me. They just held it again today without even coming.

 

Wow. That's crazy. They are just West Coast shipper I think? Not sure b/c even our normal USPS AND UPS outsource locally to people who routinely chuck stuff over our fence into a snowbank. We've been conditioned to go look by the curb for our destroyed, damaged packages.

 

maybe if you call them and tell them to hold it in the warehouse for you to pick up, they'll actually deliver it... to the wrong house on the other side of town

 

If it was in town I'd of been there a few times already...it's in Concord and I never go that way and they can get fucked thinking I'm paying tolls to get shit I paid delivery fees on

 

When we first bought our house in this small town 11 years ago we semi-lucked out early-on and (after a BUNCH of missed packages) figured out that our google address was totally wrong - but was showing a bar that we frequented a few doors down - so picked up our packages (and usually dinner) there. But was a huge pain in the ass because on a one way-street and any big deliveries (couch, etc.) had to jump through hoops.

 

Concord NH? A) I didn't think Ontrac was out here in the NE??? and B) Good god - no way I would pay those tolls for a delivery that should come to my house! Every road between here and Concord (for us) turns into a toll road... that sucks
