Okay from my google search it may just be a combination of founders' names Sergey Brin and Eric Schmidt.

 

Or there's a Sergey Schmidt who lives in Los Gatos CA which is close enough to silicon valley that he may have worked for google at some point. Can you tell I'm bored?
