not trying to be rude but youtube and a $20 socket set and a $273.99 alternator could save you alot of money. Also not sure where you live but alot of small auto repair shops offer hardship programs of sorts if you talk to them

@macotg I am just seeing the messages in part on the forum but I would say breathe and take everything one step at a time. Make sure you get the SO home and stay away from the dealership. You got enough people here that we can work the problem one piece at a time.
