We needed a tool to work on the hub bearings on my truck, asked on the local facebook page and someone let up borrow it. I would def suggest asking on a local facebook page. Someone may offer to show you how to do it or replace the battery for a couple of bucks.

 

Oh another thought, sometimes shops will take coupons from competitors. So if you find a local shop that has say a "20% off all services" it might be worth it to take it with you to see if they will match it

 

The NASA channel is just showing the view of Earth as a it slowly rotates with no sound and it is the best thing on TV right now.

 

Also, didn't read the thread cause I was working on that hit- but many, many years ago, I needed an alternator and could not afford one. Started my car with a screwdriver or something like that and by-passed the alternator- started right up and did that till I could get one, for at least a couple weeks or so... lol

 

Rerun. That show has been on since the beginning of time.
