Pros:
-There are sort of fun if you are a really boring person who doesn't know what fun means.
-closed qual so the batches don't disappear all that quick.

Cons:
Requires you to look at a google earth thing that has Waldo hiding on it. You have other turkers who wrote instructions on how you can locate waldo, you then have to click where you think Waldo must be and then grade the other turkers on how well they did instructing you towards waldo. You do this 4 times.
