How often does sergey post qual hits up? ive been wanting to do sergey batches for months, seeing how others are making a killing from them

Ok so I just installed PandA crazy, and I get the basics, but I have a question. It caught me a "decide whether this video is racy" hit, and then when I went to do it I was getting the "maximum number of page requests" thing. Did I do something wrong in setting it up, or was it just because like it was still "going ham" looking for more of those hits? I set all the ones i've added to it to the blue "delayed ham" setting.
